What is your return policy?
We take pride in all our items and customer service at MotoGems Jewelry.  If you receive a product that is not as described, we will gladly issue a refund or exhange.  The deadline for any refund claim is one month after the delivery date.  Pack and seal your return securely and include the original invoice.  Mail package to:

*We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back merchanidise. 

Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card. You may call in your credit card order or you can submit it through our secure online checkout page.  Our online checkout process uses a paypal merchant account, but you do not have to have a paypal account to submit your credit or debit card information online. To phone in your order, please call 717-870-3218.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free shipping both domestically and internationally!

Is my information safe when submitted through your website?
Absolutely!  We take great measures to make sure your information is safe when you shop through our site.  Please see our privacy policy for more information.

Do you sell to dealers?
Yes, we have a great dealer program and would be happy to work with your company.  We can even drop ship our products to your customers.  Please contact us for details or more information.

Can I track my package?
Once your shipment has left our facility, you will receive an email notifying you of the departure. The email will also include a tracking number or delivery confirmation number and instructions on how to track your shipment.

Can I find your products anywhere else?
