You may return any new item which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Items should be returned in their orginal packaging, if possible. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Special order returns may be returned at our discretion.  We will accept used returns within 30 days on a case by case basis.  We will not accept returns after 30 days of delivery.  If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@motogemsjewelry.com before returning your item.
